Southwest Key Programs seeks a strong and effective Regional HR Director for the specified Region. This position is responsible for successfully executing, planning and implementing both tactical and strategic HR processes and initiatives across the Region. In coordination with Corporate HR, the Regional Human Resources Director will oversee all Human Resources (HR) activities for the region including employee relations, benefits, talent acquisition, organizational planning, legal compliance, wellness, training, and communication. Provides both strategic support as well as operational focus. Coordinates with management of all regional locations to engage employees, support leaders and enhance the performance of the organization.
The position will report directly to the VP of Immigrant Children Services for the specified region.
Experience in non-profits organizations, residential programs, and/or start-ups.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of work station and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
