The Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative support to the program. The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Must be able to obtain First Aid Certification (CPR). Bending, stooping and lifting up to 15 lbs required to complete daily tasks. Job requires extended periods of sitting and daily use of various office equipment. Bending, stooping, and lifting up to 15 lbs. required to complete daily tasks.
This is a youth tracking program which requires daily contact at various client locations. Work shifts are subject to change. Noise levels vary from mild to moderate. Predominantly indoors, this position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
