The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision and oversight of the Multisystemic (MST) program and staff. The MST Clinical Supervisor must maintain a flexible work schedule that will include working hours other than regular work schedule and evenings, weekends, and holidays. May carry a small caseload based on need of the program.
Must be able to obtain First Aid Certification (CPR). Must be able to drive and sit for extended periods of time. Daily use of various office equipment. Bending, stooping, climbing up stairs and lifting to 15 lbs. required to complete daily tasks.
This is a program that requires daily contact with staff via virtual platforms. Staff will report daily to an office setting. Work shifts are subject to change. Staff will be required to maintain their personal vehicle in good working order and may require extended periods of time in an automobile. Exposed to prevalent weather conditions.
