Business Systems Administrator III is responsible for performing a wide range of business system confidential activities, including, but not limited to auditing employee records, configuring process workflows, and conducting system audits to include data integrity and accuracy.
Maintains system security and performance in supported business systems. Ability to use higher-level administrative and analytical skills to advance the needs of the department. Provide system administrative support on a day-to-day basis and contribute to the long-run development of HRIS and other business systems functions. Business Systems Administrator III is also responsible for building positive relationships with vendors while ensuring that software systems and related procedures enhance and support our institutional goals. In addition, the successful candidate will assist project teams with technical issues and implementations.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of work station and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, stooping, reaching, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift to 40 pounds.
General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary and involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstations for extended periods. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
