Provide expert medical guidance and consultation on complex. Collaborate with staff to assess the medical needs of population and develop comprehensive healthcare plans. Conduct regular case reviews and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective implementation of medical services. Offer technical assistance to programs, ensuring a thorough understanding of medical issues and best practices in the field. Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance the capacity of staff in addressing medical challenges among population. Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement best practice models for medical services. Evaluate existing medical protocols and recommend enhancements based on evidence-based practices and industry standards. Establish a continuous quality improvement process to monitor and refine medical services over time.
Preferred:
Must be able to drive and travel, as needed. Other requirements include daily use of various office equipment, frequent typing and writing as well as bending, twisting, stooping, climbing upstairs and lifting up to 15 lbs. items that may be required to complete tasks. Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas.
General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
