The Program Director is responsible for contractual, managerial, operational and administrative duties relating to the program. The Program Director represents Southwest Key Programs in all interactions with prospective, former and current youth/families, funding sources, suppliers and the community served. The Program Director must maintain a flexible work schedule that may include working hours other than regular work schedule and evenings, weekends.
Must be able to obtain First Aid and CPR Certification. Must be able to perform physical holds. Be able to drive, sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time. Daily use of various office equipment. Bending, stooping, climbing up stairs and lifting up to 15 lbs. required to complete daily tasks.
Work shifts are subject to change. Noise levels vary from mild to moderate. Typical setting is office space with youth for extended periods of time. May be exposed to inclement weather conditions if driving youth to and from the program.
