Coordinate logistics for training, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communication. Collaborate with the Director of Training and Content Development to ensure training materials are prepared and distributed in a timely manner. Facilitate training sessions for staff both in-person and virtually, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning experience. Adapt training content to the specific needs of participants, fostering an inclusive and interactive learning environment. Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and other relevant data. Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Support the implementation of compliance training initiatives, ensuring staff are knowledgeable about relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Collaborate with the Director of Training and Content Development to contribute to the development of training materials, presentations, and resources. Keep training materials up-to-date and aligned with best practices and organizational standards.
Preferred:
Must be able to drive and travel, as needed. Other requirements include daily use of various office equipment, frequent typing and writing, bending, twisting, stooping, climbing upstairs and lifting up to 15 lbs. items that may be required to complete tasks. Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally and in writing to express and exchange ideas.
General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions.
Frequent computer uses at a workstation for extended periods. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
