The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the strategic development and execution of internal communications and employee engagement programs. The Wellness & Recognition Director is responsible for building a collaborative approach in the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, with an aim to support SWKey’s culture and values by enhancing our employees’ experience. Specifically focusing on wellness and recognition programming as a strategy for employee engagement, the director must be able to simultaneously manage, coordinate, and execute a number of complex projects within specific timelines and budget parameters. This role will also have the added responsibility of leading and supervising a diverse team to achieve departmental outcomes while providing support to operational teams including HR and Community Engagement to improve employee engagement. Position requires a minimum of 50% travel.
