The Project Manager III is responsible for the project management of high priority HR projects that influence HR practices and programming at the agency level. The goal of this position is to ensure all projects are scoped correctly, milestones and timelines are managed to ensure overall projects deadlines and deliverables are achieved. The individual occupying this role will create systems to streamline projects, without unnecessary additional burden to stakeholders participating in the project’s implementation. In addition to project managing HR critical projects, this position is also responsible for managing the SWK’s electronic employee file system (Laserfiche), which includes but is not limited to training, audits and updates, managing licensing and ORR visits, and managing the Laser Fiche staff and coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure system integrity and compliance of all employee files. May require up to 25% travel. This role reports to the Director of Strategic Initiatives.
