The Training Coordinator manages the administrative coordination function for the assigned regional training program. This role assists in maintain regional training calendars; reporting on training completion status and compliance for the region; coordinating training events; maintaining and updating employee training records in the Learning Management System (LMS); purchasing training supplies and equipment; and assisting the Regional training teams in leading staff development services. The Regional Training Coordinator partners with the Regional Training Manager to execute training initiatives by coordinating the rollout of the training to the Programs within the region, and following up to ensure completion of the training to maintain compliance by the assigned due date.
