The LMC is devoted to the delivery of medical care in our setting with the emphasis on disease prevention and health maintenance. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations in policy development and implementation according to State Licensing and ORR, as well as on-going program refinement based on advances in the program.

The Security Monitor is responsible for controlling facility access, guarding the property (via monitoring through surveillance and in person). Relays any concern to Shift Supervisor that might represent a danger to clients, staff, property and vehicles. Provides tech support when conducting investigations.

The Shift Leader is responsible for the direct supervision of youth and daily programming activities provided during the course of their assigned shift ensuring that ratios are met at all times. The Shift Leader is subject to work overtime. The Shift Leader will maintain a flexible, organized and efficient work schedule.

The Executive Assistant serves as the first impression and first point of contact for Southwest Key’s Unaccompanied Minors Executive Management Team (“UMEMT”). The Executive Assistant handles all logistics and administrative issues associated with support of the UMENT including some event planning, correspondence, briefings, and office management. The position may require more work hours than the normal eight-hour workday, and also may require 10-15% travel. Occasional weekend work may be required.
