  The Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) Compliance Manager is responsible for the preventative education, detection, management, reporting, implementation, and compliance with the HHS Interim Final Rule (IRF): Standards to Prevent, Detect, and Respond to Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment Involving Unaccompanied Children (45 C.F.R. Part 411) in order to prevent and respond to sexual abuse and harassment involving Unaccompanied Children (UC).   This position works with program employees to ensure policies and best practices for the prevention of sexual abuse and harassment are followed. Furthermore, this position collaborates in the development of training content, tools, strategies, form development, process flow, and corrective action planning focused on the prevention of sexual abuse and harassment. The PSA Compliance Manager will work with a multidisciplinary team experienced in the provision of programmatic services and in adherence to child welfare practices and external investigations.

Post release services are a collaborative process in which the HSPRW assists the youth and sponsor identify areas where additional support and resources or information are needed to ensure successful reunification and provides assistance with accessing needed supports and services. The HSPRW maintains a flexible, organized and efficient work schedule and is subject to work overtime and be on-call.

The Outreach and Support Specialist is responsible for providing gang prevention and intervention education and services to youth in coordination with the Gang Intervention Specialist. Proposed strategies should build upon the principles of the following core strategies in the OJJDP Comprehensive Gang Model: Community Mobilization, Opportunities Provision, and Social Intervention. In addition, the Outreach and Support Specialist is responsible for operational and administrative duties relating to the program responsibilities which include Job Readiness and Employment support, identifying and coordinating pro-social activities, transportation as needed, and referral and linkage support as needed.
