All duties will be performed based on education, training, and certified counseling experience within the social service and/or mental health fields.   The Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) Compliance Manager is responsible for the preventative education, detection, management, reporting, implementation, and compliance with the HHS Interim Final Rule (IRF): Standards to Prevent, Detect, and Respond to Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment Involving Unaccompanied Children (45 C.F.R. Part 411) in order to prevent and respond to sexual abuse and harassment involving Unaccompanied Children (UC).   This position works with program employees to ensure policies and best practices for the prevention of sexual abuse and harassment are followed. Furthermore, this position collaborates in the development of training content, tools, strategies, form development, process flow, and corrective action planning focused on the prevention of sexual abuse and harassment. The PSA Compliance Manager will work with a multidisciplinary team experienced in the provision of programmatic services and in adherence to child welfare practices and external investigations.

  The Certified Teacher is responsible for curriculum development which facilitates instruction appropriate for students with a variety of academic competencies, backgrounds, skills, and learning needs.  To design and implement daily instruction of all core subject areas to include: ESL, PE and Vocational Courses.  The Teacher is to promote a positive climate of learning and excellence where students have the opportunity to enhance their developmental growth.

  The Trainer must be a professional leader in organizing the training department in partnership with Program Director or designee.  The Trainer is responsible for the development of training courses appropriate to meet the needs of the Unaccompanied Minor’s program with staff from a variety of cultural backgrounds.  The Trainer is to promote a positive climate of learning and excellence where employees have the opportunity to enhance their professional growth.
