The Lead Medical Coordinator (LMC) is responsible for guiding and ensuring the quality of clinical services, treatment, and/or interventions provided to Unaccompanied Minor’s (UM) in the programs in collaboration with the Regional Director of Nursing and contracted physicians. The LMC is devoted to the delivery of medical care in Southwest Key program setting with the emphasis on disease prevention and health maintenance. The Data and Analytics Specialist will collaborate with the Director of Data Analytics to implement and support the use of data including, data analysis and data visualization (SQL, Power BI, Tableau). This position will be within the Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) team and will work jointly on data analytics for the Unaccompanied Minors region. This position will support operational performance, quality, and improvement efforts to help streamline operational processes with key headquarter departments (Human Resources, Information Technology, etc.) with a focus on data analysis and visualization for the assigned region. As part of the data analysis efforts, this position will focus on providing expertise across different data systems (ETO, Azure SQL Server, Tableau, etc.). This position also supports the Director of Data Analytics to manage the analysis of data and embraces evaluative thinking that includes posing thoughtful questions about data, getting feedback from key stakeholders, reflecting on the data, and using data to support the performance of staff, programs, and operations.

The Executive Program Director is responsible for the operational, managerial, and administrative duties relating to the Unaccompanied Minors program and is the first point of contact in case of an emergency situation. The Program Director must maintain a flexible work schedule that may include working hours other than regular work schedule and evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The Relief Clinician is responsible for providing mental health assessment and counseling intervention services, as well as continually monitoring and documenting clients’ mental well-being and overall adjustment to the Unaccompanied Minors program. The Clinician’s functions are performed as part of a multi-disciplinary team and include development and implementation of client therapeutic plans, facilitating transfers, and reunification planning. All duties will be performed based on education, training and certified counseling experience within the social service field.
