The Youth Advisory Committee Coordinator/ Post High School Readiness. The Primary role is to oversee the YAC youth, activities, and ensuring YAC goals, community projects and CSNA come to fruition. Additionally this position will also facilitate Post High School Readiness Activities. The Clinician provides home and community-based behavioral health services such as, assessment, triage, and treatment to individuals diagnosed with mental illnesses who may also have co-occurring substance use disorders and/or chronic health conditions.
