The Assistant Lead Case Manager is responsible for assisting the day to day operations of the case management department including the timely submission of reunification packets, service plans and other assessments required for the compiling of a comprehensive case file found on Southwest Key’s (SWK) web-based system (ETO) with supporting documentation maintained in physical files.  This individual works closely with the Lead Case Manager, Program Directors, Assistant Program Directors and other related departments within the Unaccompanied Minor’s program.   The Lead Clinician is responsible for coordinating providing mental health screenings and counseling intervention services, as well as continually monitoring and documenting minors’ mental well-being and overall adjustment to the Unaccompanied Minor’s program. The clinician’s functions are performed as part of a multi-disciplinary team and include development and implementation of client service plans, facilitating transfers, referrals, and reunification planning. All duties will be performed based on education, training, and certified counseling experience within the social service field. The Lead Clinician is subject to work extended hours and weekends, and to be on-call as needed.

  The Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) Compliance Manager is responsible for the preventative education, detection, management, reporting, implementation, and compliance with the HHS Interim Final Rule (IRF): Standards to Prevent, Detect, and Respond to Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment Involving Unaccompanied Children (45 C.F.R. Part 411) in order to prevent and respond to sexual abuse and harassment involving Unaccompanied Children (UC).   This position works with program employees to ensure policies and best practices for the prevention of sexual abuse and harassment are followed. Furthermore, this position collaborates in the development of training content, tools, strategies, form development, process flow, and corrective action planning focused on the prevention of sexual abuse and harassment.   The Certified Teacher is responsible for curriculum development which facilitates instruction appropriate for students with a variety of academic competencies, backgrounds, skills, and learning needs.  To design and implement daily instruction of all core subject areas to include: ESL, PE and Vocational Courses.  The Teacher is to promote a positive climate of learning and excellence where students have the opportunity to enhance their developmental growth.

  The Trainer must be a professional leader in organizing the training department in partnership with Program Director or designee.  The Trainer is responsible for the development of training courses appropriate to meet the needs of the Unaccompanied Minor’s program with staff from a variety of cultural backgrounds.  The Trainer is to promote a positive climate of learning and excellence where employees have the opportunity to enhance their professional growth.

  The Youth Care Worker (YCW) is responsible for providing direct care supervision for youth residing in Southwest Key Programs (SWK) care fostering an environment that facilitates learning and behavioral management in a supportive manner. The Youth Care Worker will maintain a flexible, organized, and efficient work schedule.
