The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Risk Department at Southwest Key’s National Headquarters. The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, assisting with departmental projects, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling and preparing for meetings.
The Data and Analytics Specialist will collaborate with the Director of Data Analytics to implement and support the use of data including, data analysis and data visualization (SQL, Power BI, Tableau). This position will be within the Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) team and will work jointly on data analytics for the Unaccompanied Minors region. This position will support operational performance, quality, and improvement efforts to help streamline operational processes with key headquarter departments (Human Resources, Information Technology, etc.) with a focus on data analysis and visualization for the assigned region. As part of the data analysis efforts, this position will focus on providing expertise across different data systems (ETO, Azure SQL Server, Tableau, etc.). This position also supports the Director of Data Analytics to manage the analysis of data and embraces evaluative thinking that includes posing thoughtful questions about data, getting feedback from key stakeholders, reflecting on the data, and using data to support the performance of staff, programs, and operations.
The National Director of Employee Relations (ER) is responsible for Southwest Key’s (SWK) overall ER strategy, including employee engagement and retention related programs, ER policy, process and audit practices. This position is responsible for the operationalization of all ER practices throughout SWK’s headquarters, regional offices and programs to ensure SWK delivers best-in-class ER/HR services. This position provides ongoing leadership and guidance to HR teams and leadership to ensure operational excellence and oversight of ER related policies, process and day-to-day issues. This position will wear many hats and work at both the strategic and tactical level. On any given day, they are designing new, scalable programs and frameworks, advising leaders on how to develop a culture of engagement and retention, advising on HR related policy and process, and participating in ER related activities such as employee investigations and audits. The National Director of ER is a business minded, metrics driven HR leader who can build and scale a best-in-class ER/HR organization. They’ll take a data-driven approach married with common sense to ensure every employee has an excellent experience.
Provides leadership to complex employee issues related to compliance requirements and state and federal laws. Achieves functional success through coordination and partnership at all levels of the organization. Exceptional leadership and management skills is a critical component of this position. This position has one direct report and provides ongoing counsel and support to large HR regional teams and a variety of leadership positions throughout the organization. Must be mission driven and committed to SWK’s values and objectives.
The Regional Executive Director of Alternative Education Programs is responsible for providing guidance, leadership and supervision of education programs and personnel in assigned region. The Regional Executive Director must maintain a flexible work schedule that may include working hours other than regular work schedule and evenings, weekends and holidays.
The Instructional Designer position uses their extensive experience in instructional design, cognitive psychology and adult learning theory to determine the appropriate solution to a knowledge or performance gap. Expertly analyzes content, organizes content, designs solutions, and writes storyboards, scripts, performance support, mobile learning and manuals. Through years of experience knows how to use collaborative tools to facilitate learning. Expertise in working with subject matter experts in a variety of fields in order to develop curriculum for different subjects.
This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of six (6) months with the potential of assignment extension based on organizational needs. The Legal Counsel assists the Senior Legal Counsel in advising the board of directors, Chief Executive Officer, management and other staff of Southwest Key and its subsidiaries on all legal matters concerning the organization and its subsidiaries.
The Wraparound Care Coordinator is responsible for providing high-quality home-based and community-based services through the wrap-around approach to youth and families with complex behavioral needs. The Wraparound Care Coordinator will work with the provider community to develop responsive and flexible resources that facilitate community-based interventions and supports that correspond with the needs of the youth and families. The Wraparound Care Coordinator will create a Youth and Family Team for each youth and family with the purpose of being instrumental in developing effective Plans of Care. The Wraparound Care Coordinator will ensure to comply with all documentation policies and procedures. The Wraparound Care Coordinator will maintain a flexible, organized and efficient work schedule and is subject to work more than a normal work day and be on-call to facilitate program services.
