The Clinical Consultant supports the Lead Clinical Consultant in the provision of Targeted Technical Assistance (TA) and Clinical Case Consultation for the Refugee and Migrant Behavioral Health Technical Assistance Center. This role is instrumental in delivering high- quality services to providers in collaboration with the Provider Outreach Specialist.
The Facilities and Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Southwest Key Programs facilities / grounds keeping related items, including disposal of garbage and light janitorial work. All duties will be performed based on professional training and experience, with minimal supervision. The position is subject to work overtime.
The Financial Accountant I is responsible for the financial activities of the assigned programs.
The Financial Accountant III is responsible for supporting a variety of accounting functions, including but not limited to program level accounting for a portfolio of programs, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and performing other more complex, routine and non-routine accounting tasks and projects, while providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers.
The Human Resources Generalist acts as the ‘customer-facing’ business partner to the leadership team and employee population of the assigned business unit and/or geographic area of responsibility. This role provides expertise and direct support in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and employee training/development. The HR Generalist II will be the primary point of contact to the assigned ‘customer’ base, from the standpoint of managing the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR Generalist II will be based in Phoenix, AZ with frequent travel throughout the assigned region. This position will report directly to the Director, Employee Relations in our Austin, TX National Headquarters, or to the corresponding Regional Director, Employee Relations.

The Operations Coordinator must be dependable and organized to assist with the coordination of daily activities to run smoothly and ensure that deadlines, plans for events, or anything related get accomplished on time with no issues. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for running tactical, strategic, operational, administrative, and project management support to Southwest Key Programs. The Operations Coordinator will contribute to an administrative capacity by coordinating the successful administration and project management as established and set by the Chief of the Department. The Operations Coordinator is a critical player in the day-to-day operations of Southwest Key Programs, including monitoring and evaluating progress toward goals. Must have elevated professionalism and discretion as the Operations Coordinator would be collaborating with external parties, including the Board of Directors, outside Executives, clients, and vendors.
Perform moderately complex to advanced (senior-level) auditing work for Southwest Key Programs (SWK). Work involves performing and helping to coordinate the planning, contributing, and conducting audits of SWK departments, programs and services, and business operations, internal control systems and structures, supporting technologies, and related records.
Assists the Director of Internal Audit (IA) to oversee development of issues and recommendations for improvement, and determines whether established company goals, objectives, processes, and procedures are accomplished. Evaluates company, contractor, and related entities compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and policies. Coordinates with the Director of IA to complete assessments involving the adequacy of manual and automated controls intended to safeguard assets and determines whether SWK company and contractor resources are being used efficiently and effectively. Assists the Director of Internal Audit with Enterprise Risk Management processes and procedures.
Work is performed in accordance with the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) or Red Book, as well as Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book), and all pertinent Southwest Key Programs policies, procedures, and governance standards.
Work is performed under the supervision of the Director of IA with minimal supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
The Senior Systems Architect is responsible for the design, configuration, operation to analyze our technology portfolio and provide recommendations for simplification, moderation and optimization of our technology assets. To provide architecture leadership to create and implement solution architecture components. Assist with the creation of architectural artifacts for key technology initiatives.
Reporting to the National Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, the University Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with the universities and the internship program. The University Relationship Manager plays a vital role in connecting Southwest Key with university and college students across the US. This person will be responsible for developing and executing an innovative partnership and early career strategies that support talent acquisition and diversity priorities across all SWK business units. This person will align with high schools and university recruiting as they will champion SWK's mission and values, inspiring students to build their careers with Southwest Key Programs.
The VP of Technology Advocacy for Social Impact plays a key role in divisional strategic planning, and expanding the organization’s external network, driving innovation, and creating a thriving digital societal ecosystem that benefits both the organization and its partners, with senior executive leaders, and the CEO’s office to provide essential information technology services that support the community development goals. This position will report to the Chief Digital Officer.
The VP of UM Operational Budget and Procurement will work in close collaboration with the Finance Department. Responsible for overseeing and optimizing UM's operational budget, financial planning, and procurement strategies. Collaborates with various departments to ensure efficient opearational resource allocation, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with financial regulations. Collaborate closely with the Finance Department on the development and execution of comprehensive budgeting processes, forecasting, and financial analysis. Collaborate with the agency’s Finance Department on procurement initiatives, assists as needed negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure the highest standards of quality and value for the organization.
